The Ascari A10 is a development of the Ascari KZ1 supercar and Ascari Spanish GP race car.
The road-going A10 is powered by a 600 bhp 5 litre V8 engine running through either a 6 speed manual, or six speed sequential transmission. 100 bhp up on the KZ1. The Ascari A10 is also 50 kgs lighter, using a similar carbon fiber monocoque structure to the KZ1 for support and aesthetics.The Ascari A10's body, although similar, is not identical. Perhaps the most noticeable differences are the headlights, swapped for three projector-style lamps rather than the KZ1's single headlights (the lower driving lights are also missing).
