At the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show, Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador LP720-4 50° Anniversario Edition, but only in its coupe garb. Just days ago, at a special dinner in Sant’Agata, the Italian company unveiled a roadster version of the car.
It was painted in a sharp matte-grey hue named “Grigio Titans” combined with Terra Emilia leather interior. For those of you who don’t remember, this special matte-gray paint is the same color used on the Reventon.
The roadster will feature the same design language on the coupe version, including: enlarged air intakes and splitters up front and on the rear; and an enlarged diffuser. Additionally, on the dashboard there is a special logo that reads "Series Speciale 00/100," suggesting that just like the coupe version, the roadster will also be limited to 100 units.
If you are interested in acquiring this model, then you should know it carries a price tag of $548,000, which is $106,300 more than the Aventador LP700-4 Roadster.
