The big news is the availability of new powerplants. As well as conventional petrol and diesels, Ford's acclaimed 1.0-litre three-cylinder EcoBoost engine with 125bhp is a surprise fitment in such a large car.
Ford will also be making a four-door Mondeo in hybrid petrol-electric guise – Ford's first-ever hybrid passenger car in Europe. This combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with a 35kW lithium-ion battery.
A four-wheel-drive Mondeo diesel will also be offered for the first time.
Ford has always experimented with its sedans like its Fiesta has been launched in two different versions.Now its Mondeo is giving a fresh look of stylish and classy sedan.It has already been launched in Europe market.
